Hakea Grove family is a new way for families of Hakea Grove aged care residents to communicate and gain insights into the daily activities within a Hakea Grove facility. The app will feature inter-family group chat, POA to facility chat, support, news, events, and activities allowing families to easily stay in touch with their loved ones daily activities.
